When starting any Cloud-related program (Orthotrac Cloud, Outlook Cloud, if you see the following error message:
This indicates that the date and time are incorrect on the workstation. Follow the below steps.
1. Close any error messages completely.
2. Right-click the Citrix Receiver icon and select Exit.
3. Double-click the time display in the system tray to bring up date and time information.
4. Correct the date and time and save changes.
5. Restart Citrix Receiver and relaunch Orthotrac Cloud. The problem should be resolved.
