PracticeWorks: Editing Documents (Forms/Postcards/Letters/Labels/Envelopes)

The present documents can be amended by opening the Document Pick List and following the steps below.

 

1. Click Experts > Automation Expert > Responses > Documents. This opens the Document Pick List.

  • For forms, select Forms instead of Documents.

 

2. To make changes to an existing item,  locate the document name on the Pick List, highlight it and select Edit.

  • For forms, click Edit form.

 

3. Make the required changes.

 

4. Click OK to save the changes.

 

5. Click Cancel to close the Pick List.
