WinOMS: Manually Posting a Credit Card Payment to the Patient Ledger

1. Open patient's workspace.
2. Click Pay/Adj.
3. Post a credit card payment.
4. Click Next.
5. Place a checkmark next to Off Line (no modem).

6. Click Last.

    Note: The Last button will populate text boxes with information associated with the last credit card which was swiped for the patient.  If the information does not         auto-populate, it will need to be manually entered.

7. Click OK.
9. Apply amount to charges.

10. Click Next.
11. Select Next Action for remaining charges (if applicable).
12. Click Finish.
13. Click Print to print a credit card receipt to be signed by patient.
