When starting patient flow, you receive the following warning message:
This behavior is normal when:
1. Patient flow has not yet been loaded for the day
2. Your PC's time is set to a time later than 12:00 noon, local time.
Orthotrac expects that offices will load their patient flow when they arrive in the morning. If there are no patients in the morning and you do not try to load patient flow until a time after 12:00 noon, Patient Flow will produce the above message as a warning, since it assumes that your PC's time may actually be incorrect.
If your system date and time are correct and you are only seeing this message because you haven't loaded patient flow yet for the day, simply click Yes to proceed and patient flow will load as normal.
