How to view scanned documents in the Charting screen.
Scanned documents can be viewed from the Charting screen by including a check in the Display Scanned Documents check box in the Charting Maintenance screen.
1. From the main menu of OrthoTrac click Functions, Maintenance/Set-up, Charting Maintenance.
2. Click the Display Scanned Documents check-box to place a check in the box.
3. Click the OK button to save the changes.
4. When the System Update message displays, click OK.
5. Restart OrthoTrac.
6. Verify that the scanned documents now display in the charting screen.
