This issue can be caused by information missing from CS SoftDent.
This error appears when a field required for the claim is not completed.
1. Look at the validation report for the name of the field that is empty.
2. Return to SoftDent Software and enter the missing information for the specified field(s).
Example: Group Number, Social Security Number, Specialty Code, etc.
3. Rerun the validation phase to verify that the error is corrected.
