Issue:
How to add a predefined comment in the patient's Charting window.

Solution:
A predefined treatment comment can be entered by one of three methods.  When the patient's information is open (for editing) in the Charting application click or tab to the Treatment Notes/Comments section (in version 10 and earlier) or the Today's Visit box (in version 11 and higher.)

Once in the appropriate section, you may use any of the following methods:

1.  Enter a front slash followed by the code for the comment followed by a space. i.e. /C01.

2.  Click on the Predefined button and double-click on the desired comment from the list.

3.  Enter a front slash /  followed by a question mark and a space. i.e. /? This will open a list of the predefined comments from which one can be selected.
