TimeClock Always Shows the Status Not Here Yet Even After Changing a Staff Members Status

Issue:

After checking in using the timeclock, a staff member's status is still showing as Not here yet.

 

Solution:

This indicates that the Clock table in the OMS database has entries that were entered when the clock on the computer was set to a future or past date rather than the current date. This issue will need to be corrected by OrthoTrac Support.  Please contact Support at 866-722-2567 or email at OrthotracSupport@carestream.com  .
