Issue:

How to print a time clock report for a terminated staff member.

 

Solution:

Time clock reports do not include terminated staff members. Activate the staff member, run the report, and change the staff member back to terminated again.

 

1. From the main menu of OrthoTrac, click Functions, Maintenance/Setup, Staff Maintenance.

2. Click Terminated

3. Select the staff member from the OrthoTrac Software Staff Look-up window.

4. Click Change.

5. Click Active

6. Click OK to save the changes.

7. When the System Update message displays, click OK.

8. Click Cancel to close the OrthoTrac Software Staff Look-up window.

9. From the main menu of OrthoTrac, click Functions, Timeclock.

10. Click Reports.

11. Click the From text box in the Date Range section.

12. Click the beginning date for the report.

13. Click the OK button.

14. Click in the To text box in the Date Range section.

15. Click the ending date for the report.

16. Click the OK button.

17. Select the staff member from the Select Staff drop-down box.

18. Click Print.

19. When the Time Clock Report printer option window is displayed, select the printer and click OK.

20. Click Close to close the Time Clock window.

21. From the main menu of OrthoTrac, click Functions, Maintenance/Setup, Staff Maintenance.

22. Select the staff member from the OrthoTrac Software Staff Look-up window.

23. Click Change.

24. Click Terminated

25. Click OK to save the changes.

26. When the System Update message displays, click OK.

27. Click Cancel to close the OrthoTrac Software Staff Look-up window.
