How to Add a Holiday Code / Status in the Time Clock

Issue:

How to add a holiday code, or status, in Timeclock.

 

Solution:

Add the holiday timeclock status to the Timeclock Maintenance screen.

 

1.   From the main menu of the OrthoTrac software click Functions, Maintenance/Set-up, Timeclock Maintenance.

2.  Click the Add New button.

3.  In the Code text box type: HI

4.  Press <Tab> on the keyboard.

5.  In the Description text box type: Holiday In

6.  Click the In Status option.

7.  Click in the Include in Payroll Hours to place a check in the box.

8.  Click the OK button to save the changes.

9.  Click the Add New button.

10.  In the Code text box type: HO

11.  Press <Tab> on the keyboard.

12.  In the Description text box type: Holiday Out

13.  Click the Out Status option.

14.  Click in the Include in Payroll Hours to remove the check from the box.

15.  Click the Short Term option.

16.  Click the OK button to save the changes.

17. Click the OK button to close the Timeclock Maintenance screen.
