WinOMS:  Adding a new provider to WinOMS

To add a new provider to WinOMS:

  1. Click Tables
  2. Click Practice
  3. Click Provider/Staff Members
  4. Click New
  5. Select Provider from the drop down list on Biographical tab
    • If you see a message You have exceeded the maximum number of licenses allowed, please contact Carestream Dental sales team.
  6. Enter provider information
  7. Click Scheduling tab
  8. Add scheduler columns for provider
  9. Click Ok
  10. Click Tables
  11. Click Practice
  12. Click Office
  13. Click Display All
  14. Highlight office to add new provider to that office's schedule
  15. Click Edit
  16. Click Scheduling tab
  17. Drag and drop provider from the left to the right
  18. Click Ok
