How to Disable or Delete Document Scan Types

Goal:
To remove a document scan type.


Solution:
Within the Patient Tracking screen a common mistake is to add too many Document Types when Scan is selected. This article shows how to disable some of the selections.

Using Orthotrac / Imaging Cloud:

1. Select Start, All Programs, Orthotrac Cloud, Image Configuration Cloud.
2. Select Objects Types Editor.
3. Select the document type from the drop-down box located beneath the Existing Image Types.
4. Select Edit Type.
5. Place a check mark in the Disable box.
6. Click Apply.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for any other types you wish to disable.
8. Click Finished to close the utility.

Using Locally Hosted Orthotrac / Imaging
1. Double-click the Orthodontic Imaging folder on the desktop (older versions of Imaging) or select Start, All Programs, CS Orthodontic Imaging (newer versions of Imaging).
2. Double-click the Object Types Editor.
3. Select the document type from the drop-down box located beneath the Existing Image Types.
4. Select Edit Type.
5. Place a check mark in the Disable box.
6. Click Apply.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for any other object types you wish to disable.
8. Click Finished to close the utility.
