An integrity error is a message which appears when attempting to process the daysheet. Below is a sample screenshot.
Most of the time integrity errors need to be resolved by OrthoTrac Support. However, some integrity errors are caused by attempting to post financial transactions while the daysheet is being processed. In these cases, running the integrity check again will indicate there are no errors.
If you receive an integrity error when closing the daysheet:
1. Close the integrity error message and the Preview Deposits window.
2. Verify that no one else is posting any financial transactions.
3. From the main Orthotrac menu, select Reports, Financial, Daysheet, Integrity Check.
If the system indicates "There are no errors", then nothing needs to be corrected. The issue was caused by posting a transaction while the daysheet was being processed.
If the integrity error appears again when the check is run a second time, please contact OrthoTrac Support to have the error corrected.
