How do I add or Edit an insurance company's information?

 

Answer:

 

Adding an Insurance Company

 

1. Click List in the main menu bar.
2. Select Ins. Co.
3. Press <Tab> on the keyboard and then click Add.
4. Fill in the necessary
insurance company information on the "Information" tab.

 

The "Information" tab allows the user to enter any pertinent ECS information. This is not necessary unless the company will allow electronic submission of insurance.

 

 

5. Fill in the necessary NEA information on the "NEA Info" (versions 12.0 and Higher) tab should the insurance company accept electronic image attachments. 
6. Fill in any necessary information on the "Contact Info" tab.
7. Click OK.

 

Editing an Insurance Company



It may sometimes be necessary to change
insurance company information to account for changes in phone numbers, addresses, or contact information.

 


1. Click List in the main menu bar.
2. Select Ins. Co.
3. Find the desired company in the list.
4. Double-click on the
insurance company name.
5.
Edit the information for the company as desired.
6. Click OK once the changes are made.
