WinOMS: Security Error 2904 When Trying to Reset Users Passwords

When trying to reset a users password, receives a Security Error 2904 message.


1. User will need to be logged into the software as the admin with the admin password (not an admin level user) in order to reset a users password.


2. If you do not know the admin password login credentials please contact the WinOMS support department for help.
