OrthoTrac: How to Add and Print an Insurance Claim

1.  From the main menu of the OrthoTrac software, click FunctionsPatient ChartClaims.

2.  Select the patient from the OrthoTrac Software Patient Look-up window.

3.  Click OK.

4.  Click Add New.

5.  Select the responsible party from the list.

6.  Select the claim type to be added.

7.  Complete all claim information.

8.  Click OK to save the claim.

9.  Click Print.
