OrthoTrac: Error (Unable To Find Multi-Scan Library) When Clicking the 'Scan' Button In Patient Tracking

Issue: 
When clicking the Scan button in Patient Tracking the following error is presented:
Orthodontic Imaging Software
Unable to find multi-scan library.

 

Solution:

 

For 32 bit systems:
1. From the Start menu, click Start, Run.
2. Type: regsvr32 c:\oms\inctwainmulti.dll
3. Click OK.
4. Click OK.
5. Restart OrthoTrac.
6. Scan a document to confirm that the problem has been resolved.

For 64 bit systems:

1. From the Start menu, click Start, Run.
2. Type: regsvr32.exe C:\Windows\SysWow64\inctwainmulti.dll
3. Click OK.
4. Click OK.
5. Restart OrthoTrac.
6. Scan a document to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
