To be able to run an End of Day Call Back report


To generate an End of Day Call Backs report, perform the following steps. Please note that in order to trigger certain codes for an end of day call back, the option must be checked in that ADA code's information screen.


Setting an ADA Code to Trigger a "Call Back"


  1. Click List in the main menu bar.
  2. Select ADA Codes.
  3. Double-click the desired ADA code that should trigger a call back.
  4. Put a check in the box labeled "Call Back Needed"
  5. Click OK to save the changes.


Running an "End of Day Call Backs" Report


  1. Click Reports in the main menu bar.
  2. Click End of Day Call Backs.
  3. Select the desired output option.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select starting and ending date range.
  6. Select the provider id if running for a specific provider.
  7. Select to include guarantor information, if desired.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Allow the report to generate.
