Since the introduction of the new NHS contract in 2006 for England, Wales and Isle of Man, it has been possible for clinicians to use composite material for fillings on all teeth and all surfaces.   This ability is not enabled in R4 by default but if you want to add this to your version of R4 then the attached document will walk you though the process.
