The Spell Check feature in Charting is not working or is not available.
Please be aware that the spell check feature will be available only on Windows 10 workstations. Development is looking into ways to provide this feature for workstations running Windows 7 or 8, but currently the feature is only available on Windows 10 workstations.
If you are using a Windows 10 workstation and are still not seeing highlighted misspelled words in Charting, check to see if the oms.ini [Options] section contains the following detail. If the line is missing, then add it. If the line exists but has the wrong value, then it will need to be changed.
The state of the spell check ON/OFF is specific to individual workstations and is stored in the C:\Windows\OMS.INI file (which is a plain text file that can be edited using Notepad). Below is an example of the setting. The TxSpellCheckingDisabled= entry may be present anywhere in the [Options] section.
It is stored in a negative sense, "disabled", so that by default the spell checking is turned on when Treatment Card is used after the appropriate install. The spell check is enabled if the value is 0, and disabled if it is set to 1.
