Hi guys We have been asked by our Local Health Board to provide details of the number of NHS missed appointments in particular months - Oct 2017, Nov 2017 etc I have tried the "patients who did not attend" drop down, but that includes all schemes. Is there any possibility to be integrated with Insurance companies to get patient's benefits? I know in PracticeWorks we can update the Bluebook... Is that the only way to keep track of different benefits besides going online or by fax to get the benefits? How do you handle filing for procedures that can't be filed until the seat date? We want to enter the work into the patient's account on the prep date with the full amount due. Is there a "best practices" guideline on how best to enter patient names when they have suffixes, such as Jr, Sr, or I, II, III? In order for the names to show up correctly on printed statements, we have to enter last names as "Johnson, Jr" and Johnson, Sr". Just as these exist for Dental Laboratories, Referring doctors, pharmacy one is needed for all Vendors which includes SOFTDENT as it includes whoever the dental practice is using to conduct business. Attachments: When trying to import an attachment on a patient's clipboard, I am usin the scan/acquire button.
