Accounts did not roll for 1/1/2021

For the 3rd month our contract charge did not roll. This is very frustrating. Why does this continue to happen. I have had more problems with Orthotrac in the last 6 months.

@paularyfa :  Automatic roll can be set up to do monthly charges (apply contract charges) and age only, or to do late charges and age only, or to do monthly charges (apply contract charges), apply late charges, and age all at the same time.  I am not sure what you mean by "submit your monthly charges", unless you are referring to processing of auto payments (which have to be run separately from the roll).

I roll accounts manually.  Honestly didn't know it could be scheduled to happen automatically but it sounds like it's a good thing I do it myself.  Does it also submit your monthly charges? Thx!
