After Hours Support

Are you seriously telling me there is no support available on the weekend. I have 30 locations open on Saturday (today) and this is unacceptable!!

We did receive the email that your practice sent on Saturday regarding your integrity error but unfortunately Carestream does not offer weekend support. Our normal Support hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.  The overall Support hours across Carestream's various departments are listed on this page:

We are now working on your integrity error and will contact your practice when the issue is resolved.  [[EDITED 9:24 AM ET to add: The integrity has been resolved and we have emailed and called your practice to advise.]]

The fact that you do not offer after hours support is an issue. Simply unacceptable in this day and age. Dentitstry is no longer a Mon-Fri business venture. Get with the times!
