Call Orthotrac and on hold for 30 mintues, end of the day and we can not wait any longer. Will call first thing in the morning and hope Orthotrac has employees that can fix this problem without waiting 30 mintues or more!!

I'm sorry to hear you were not able to get through via the usual Support number. For future reference, you can also send support requests via email at Support.US@csdental.com . I do see that the integrity error was resolved late last night and that your practice was closed by the time we resolved it, but that you called this morning for an update and were advised it was taken care of.
