Is anyone else concerned that Support is not available today?
We have a priority 1 emergency with Orthotrac and also with Imaging.
Called the support #'s for OT and Imaging. The announcement says the office is closed today.
Yes, it's New Years eve but still a work day for some offices. We are at the mercy of our cloud support to be available. They don't have at least, an on-call, emergency contact?
If they think the knowledge base is adequate substitution, it's not.
We will contact you to assist (if there is still an active issue) and also discuss options for reaching out during a holiday being observed.
