Charting Errors

Has anyone else experienced slow saving when making treatment notes in charts?  Sometimes it will even throw an error and not save what you have tried to put in?  Any quick fixes known?

Thank you for raising this question on The Exchange.  I understand from our service team records that the cause of slow performance and errors is wireless network performance in the office.  The software performance is only a problem on wireless laptops and some network speed tests show that there is a lag in the wireless network performance.  If you have any additional questions about this please let us know.
