Cloud Outage 2/18/2020

Was working on charting and then the screen froze.  Couldn't get back online and now I get the dreaded error message:  Citrix Receiver could not contact the server. Please check your network connection.

It was just down on 2/3 I hope this is not a recurrence of the same issue.  I called support and was 22 callers behind, so I gave up on that.

Any ideas on the reliability issues?

Good day Dr. Munn ( @braceyourself07 ), Carly ( @ortho3400 ) and Katie ( @katiejane62 ),

The issue is resolved and root cause is now seemingly identified.  Management is currently on a bridge call with our hosting provider and completing investigation. We have preventative action in place for the cause of today’s incidents.

We have also been experiencing intermittent outages throughout the day. Very disappointed in the reliability of Orthotrac.

Same issues here today.  We are super busy this week with the school kids on February break.  Never a good time to be down but this is the worst.

Mine just now came back up... so hopefully a minor issue that was quickly resolved 🤞
