I am so confused as to why nobody from Orthotrac responded to my message yesterday.
What is going on over there?
We have had orthotrac in our office for 26 years and NEVER had any problems until this last year.
I may not always be able to stay on hold to talk to customer service (although the service fees you would expect MUCH better service) but, I always have great results when using the message boards- that changed as well.
Very disappointed - as I see many others are too.
