Cloud service password info

We have been on hold ALL DAY. First I was on hold for 2+ hours and got a representative, she could not unlock our password and put in a ticket for Cloud services to contact us. We did not receive a call back, so I contacted again...on hold for 1 1/2 hours got a rep who transferred me and in turn disconnected me. 

3rd call Now I've been on hold for another 1 1/2 hours and got disconnected again.  We still do not have access to the software and can not get anyone to help us.  Can someone contact our office,
