I just spent 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back on the phone with customer service and eservices troubleshooting team with no results! Is there anyone at Carestream that is familiar with my account? TSYS submitted a request to correct the merchant ID for our Clear Acre location on 6/14 and it is still not done. This is all done on the Carestream end and takes 5 minutes! Unfortunately it also takes someone who knows what they're doing. Is there anyone at Carestream that can complete this simple task. I do not need training or a trainer.
