Customer Support

Our server went down a few weeks ago and our IT was able to set it up on a desktop while we waited for our new server.  Now that our server is coming, we are unable to talk to anyone at Orthotrac to schedule an appointment with our IT.  I was told that we need to schedule the migration online and of course there are no appointments available until May.  Our server is being installed this week and we cancelled patients to get everything up and running.  We've called and spoken to someone in India and England.  No one calls back.  We are told the install team doesn't have a phone number and can only be reached by email.  We have been users for 25 years and attended user meetings.  Is Orthotrac closing its doors?  Customer Service is at an all time low.  We couldn't even get E-services to assist with our Sensei text messages on the Friday before and the Monday and Tuesday after because everyone was on vacation? 

I'd love to hear if others are experiencing this?  With the AAO this weekend, it may be time to look at new practice management.

Update-we just received a phone call verifying they will help us.  Still disappointed it was so hard to reach someone.  They would NOT offer a phone number only email.

@arpinoortho  thank you for the update and I apologize for the frustrations. I escalated your post and am glad they reached out quickly. I will mention your concerns about not being provided a telephone number provided and not receiving a call in a timely manner initially.
