Oh ok. I kinda figured it was something along those lines. These are workups and tx notes for patients who are starting treatment this week or having consultations to review treatment plans. If there is no way to retrieve the notes, I need to go through each patient and re-type their treatment plan. But if there is a way to get the notes back, I'll wait but I can't wait for long.
