Delete a Document Type on Patient Tracking

We are currently in the process of going paperless. We are scanning documents into the Patient Tracking area under scanned documents. We noticed some document types were incorrectly chosen to be bitmaps instead of pdf's. How can we delete these types that were made in error so the document types list doesn't get too long? 

Also note this is not for imaging. I found a similar article posted regarding imaging. We are scanning documents to be stored on the patient's chart in orthotrac.

On the Tracking page, click the edit entries option. You will see red x's along the very right side of the description page. click on the red x of the item you wan to delete, confirm then click done to close. If you dont have the edit entries options your security to perform that task may be locked
