ERROR WHEN RUNNING FINANCIAL ROLL

I am receiving an error when trying to run the financial roll which means I can not generate statements which again causes a financial problem for our office. I CAN NOT ASK YOU ENOUGH, PLEASE GET THESE ISSUES RESOLVED! CARESTREAM IS HURTING OUR PRACTICE.
