Family Mailing Labels

If we were going to send out Christmas cards to our Active families how would we go about printing those labels?

Good day Dr. Fox ( @katiejane62 ),

I would recommend running a Contact Experts report for patients in all statuses you consider to be Active. Once you have the results of the report you can print labels for each one. 

1.  From the main menu of OrthoTrac select Functions > Contact Experts. 

2.  Select the Status field, then is equal to, then select the first Status you use to indicate active patients. 

3.  Repeat step 2 until all active statuses have been selected. 

NOTE:  If you would rather have the results display responsible parties instead of the patients, after selecting all active statuses, click the "List of" drop-down menu at the top and select "Responsible Parties" instead. 

4.  Click the Search button.

5.  When the search results are displayed, you can do various things with the results. If you want to print labels for the patients / responsible parties, click the Labels button and select the appropriate options.
