If you populate the fee schedule into the financial estimater does it automatically populate the contract form?

Good day Frank ( @CWalsh250 ),

Information from the Financial Estimator tool is not directly imported into the Contracts screen since the tool is just that: an estimator of numbers.  However, once the Financial Estimator tool information is saved, the Add Contract screen is immediately opened and a summary screen of the agreed upon financed amounts is displayed as a separate window to the left of the financial function window. This summary screen can then be used as a reference to enter the contract. Below is a screenshot of the summary screen:

If the user closes the financial screen to add the Contract in at a later time, they can access the same Financial Estimator Accepted Amounts summary by clicking the Financial Estimator Tool icon next to the radio buttons for Contract, Payment Plan, etc on the Contract function window (see below).

Good day Stacy ( @Sudell15 ),

The Estimator tool provides a single field for total insurance balance for each responsible party.  Because each patient can have up to 9 insurance carriers attached to them, and because the Estimator tool is intended primarily to determine individual contract amounts for the responsible parties rather than the insurances (which, after all, will pay on whatever schedule they please, using whatever amounts they please, rather than any arbitrary monthly amounts you may have set up in the insurance contract), the decision was made to not provide separate fields for each of the insurances that can be attached.  The Estimator will show the total balance allocated to each responsible party and the total balance allocated to each responsible party's insurance overall, but it is your responsibility to decide how that balance will be allocated between the multiple insurances that individual responsible party has.

Below is a screenshot showing the total insurance allocation for RP1 is 2000.00 and the total insurance allocation for RP2 is 1000.00.

If a patient has dual insurance and the insurance has been added and ranked, will the Financial Estimator pull both insurances into the estimator?
