One of the workstations is used for the Xray machine. Whenever we install our antivirus (Trend Micro) it blocks the port that the Xray uses and it causes an error. The same thing also happens with the normal windows firewall so we had to disable that too. I was wondering if there is a list exclusion for ports or .exe files.
We don't have an imaging team that contributes to The Exchange, but I did escalate this to imaging support, so they should be in contact if they haven't already contacted you.
