Starting yesterday when opening patient charting the system will glitch and open imaging. Anyone else having issues with this? We have spoke to Orthotrac support and they are not helpful. Unless you get an error message with an error number their techs are not able to trouble shoot a problem. We also visited with Imaging. They attempted to fix the issue however were unsuccessful and while troubleshooting the issue they have dropped the "Scanner" tab within imaging preferences so that now the workstation they were dialed into is not configured to scan documents. The wait time for a tech is 40 minutes and the call back feature has not worked in getting us contacted. Any suggestions?
