I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING AGAIN

WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!

We as customers need to be told what is happening. It is downright absurd now that this is a daily occurrence with Carestream. This is truly mindblowing that we can not log onto Orthotrac during a workday. I can understand an outage here and there - but this is inexcusable- plain and simple!!!!

yup... ALL THE TIME. And they don't even communicate real info to us or even that stupid email that tells us there is an outage... we have to find out on our own when we get to work
