Getting an error message when trying to take a pan? Is there is an issue with the imaging service??
Hi @Braces2021, are you still having issues? We don't have any imaging representatives on The Exchange, but I can get this escalated to support if you still need.
Escalation never called yesterday, still no x-ray capability. Called imaging this morning and another rep tried to take care of it. Was not able to help, and refreshed my case for the escalation team. I can not go another day with no x-rays for consultations and end of treatment!
I called this morning, and they were escalating it. That was at 9am and I still have not heard back. I have had consultations we could not take x-rays on and patients finishing treatment that we needed to take x-rays on. Yes I still need help from the escalation team please.
