Is there a way to see what information is being transmitted when e-filing insurance claims? I have had insurance companies ask for information that is inputting on the original filing claim. Also, I see when using the ADA 2019 claim form, Box 42 shows Months of Treatment but when inputting this information on the claim, Box 42 shows Remaining Months and Total Months. Also, there are times that we need to place a date in Date of Prior Placement Box 44 but are unable to do so... and would this transfer with an electronic claim???
