Insurance claims

I am trying to track down the source of an insurance claim posted separate from a procedure code. When we post a contract there are two claims generated one with the procedure codes only and one with no procedure codes but has the remarks line filled out and the months of treatment. I can not find that source to either change it or delete it. -Thanks

If you go to the wrench icon on the main orthotrac toolbar - insurance claim options.

The top left section of the pop up dictates the type of claim to automatically generate when posting procedures and contracts.   You can also set these to none if you would like to add the claims manually.
