Oftentimes i find myself using envelopes that are not our official letterhead and don't have a pre-printed return address on them. When I want to print a return address I have to open up a word document and put the envelope back through the printer. Is there a way to print a return address on the envelope while it is printing the carrier information?
Thanks!

Good day Calvin (smiles@drlubaortho.com),
The source envelope document used for all envelopes (ENVELOPE.DOC, located in the \OMS\Docs folder on the server) does include a return address by default, so that all envelopes will print with a return address. However, your mention of the fact that you sometimes use envelopes that are not your official letterhead tells me that you do usually use envelopes which are your official letterhead and contain a pre-printed return address. Because of this, your practice has probably modified the envelope document to remove the return address entirely. Unfortunately, once this is done, all envelopes will no longer print with a return address, regardless of whether you are using a preprinted envelope or not. Your workaround of opening a Word document and re-running the envelope will be the only way to get around this, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the quick reply! Ultimately not a major ordeal, just thought I would check.
