Hello! Is anybody else having an issue with the Mail Merge not archiving letters and questionnaires?
This only seems to be happening on one computer and our IT people cannot seem to figure out what the deal is. When going to confirm the letter or save a questionnaire, OT will just keep spinning and Not Respond. When you exit out OT crashes our of the patient chart and then still posts and archives the letter/questionnaire.
We use Acrobat DC to view all our PDF's. Again, this only seems to be happening on one computer (that I am aware of) and was not an issue before we updated to this newest version.
After having this issue for 6 months, speaking with our IT people (Impact360) and also OrthoTrac support, who told me I was on an incompatible version of Office, it was determined that the current version of OrthoTrac does not work kindly with the Amazon Music app that was downloaded from the Microsoft Store. If the app is open, letters do not finish the conversion, but as soon as the app is closed, the letters confirm no problem.
It was also mentioned that the version of OrthoTrac v 220.127.116.11 has all sorts of issues with Grammarly and some other programs as well.
