Lighthouse saying they lost cloud connection to us

Can you help me?

Twice within the last week, Lighthouse is stating they have lost contact with our server. 

Any idea what is going on?

I've been working at the office all morning and did not have any issues on my end.

Good day Christine ( @CWalsh250 ),

If Lighthouse is seeing issues with your setup, they will need to contact our Cloud team directly for assistance.  They have direct contact information for the team so I am not sure why they have not already reached out directly.

All I can tell you is that we have had no reports of this from Lighthouse for any clients that I am aware of. They have contact information for our Cloud team and will need to reach out them directly to discuss further.

Hi Phil,

I reached out to Lighthouse yesterday (along with last week) when I saw that my new patients were not receiving the welcome text messages or the health history form links within the normal delivery times. I was told that it appears to be an issue with Carestream and the cloud and that they were experiencing issues with all Carestream clients not just us.
