I am thankful that every day a staff member at our office prints a schedule for the next day just in case of power/cloud outage. I guess we never truly go paperless! We were able to print a list of our patients for tomorrow (70+) from our reminder vendor Solution Reach. Unfortunately we can not know what they are coming in for or with who they are scheduled to see. NOTE TO SELF: Print schedules for the week!
It would be helpful for Carestream to post a mid-day update to let offices know the progress and the ETA of being online again. Any information is better than silence.

PRACTICE MANAGEMENT HOSTED UPDATE

I will ask for Management to update the outage thread (for your reference, it is here: https://community.carestreamdental.com/t5/ORTHOTRAC/All-Day-Unplanned-Outage-Cloud-Hosted-Systems/m-... ), but I don't know if we have any updates to provide. I am very sorry for the inconvenience and I am sure Management will be addressing all concerns about the outage when it is resolved.
