Has anyone else done the "migration" for Orthotrac? We started the process on 06/27 and have had nothing but issues since. Each day is something new. I have been told (when I reached out to support today) there is "someone" looking into the server side of problem. I have been waiting for two days for someone to contact. We are currently struggling with credit card payments being processed, clinical computers randomly shutting down, no email connection to Orthotrac, and printers disconnecting. Any help would be appreciated. We were told this would be so much better-LOL
