No response as usual, typical Carestream!!

We have an integrity error and cannot close the day sheet for 2 days. Carestream states they cannot assist us due to a past due balance. Our accounts payable department states there are no open invoices. We have been trying to contact Carestream to rectify this and on hold forever. Why is it always so difficult to get anyone to respond???!!!
