Good Day @jodefoe.  Our sincere apologies for any lack of communication, as this is never our intention at Carestream Dental.  Our records indicate that our implementations team attempted to schedule a configuration appointment, but the office declined it.  We had an escalation technician verify on 3/23 that configuration had been completed.  Thank you.

The office denied a configuration appointment because a configuration appointment was not necessary. I have added countless locations over the past 5 years and I know that it is a 10 minute procedure on Carestreams end that does not require communication with the office. It would be real nice if someone, anyone at Carestream could figure that out. I will have more locations coming soon, please get your act together.
