Ortho Trac Application Crashing

Jump to solution

Hello, I have been having this issue for a long while. Ortho Trac just crashes when everyone is working. I already increased the ram of all the computers. I have tried to see if it was network related but it wasn't. I have tried to restart the server to see if that's the issue and it wasn't that. So I thought it was software-related and I install Ortho Trac on all local computers but it still didn't work. It keeps on crashing. I have the event report right here.

Hello, I'm back, I figured out the problem just in case anyone else is having the problem might as well share it. So the problem was the server. The server's network card could only go up to 100mbs which was causing the problem. I got a new network card that could go up to 1GB and it fixed the problem. Just in case I also changed out the switch but as of right everything is looking good.

I forgot to add the computer specs:

ISO: Windows 10

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU

RAM: 8GB

HardDrive: 500GB

Memory load caps about 31% and the CPU load caps around 3%
